Nikolai was amazing! He does great work! Natalie also made finding an appointment time really easy. We have used him twice in the last month. He fixed our refrigerator when it wasn't cooling, and also fixed our dryer when it wasn't heating. I am glad that I have finally found someone I can trust! NG refrigeration came to our home ASAP due to our freezer not working.  The Technician worked quickly and efficiently, and found the problem!  He replaced the bad fan motor and put the freezer back together.  Despite the language barrier,  he was very personable.  We had our freezer back in short order and we were very thankful for the service we received from NG refrigeration.

Nick was the best refrigerator repairman! He came right away and he fixed multiple issues. Very professional and knew exactly how to fix the temperature, condenser, lights and icemaker. Very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!!!

Everything went well from my 1st call for help to the excellent service visit. Nick arrived at our house on time and eager to get to work. He fixed lead wire ends and installed a new oven bake element in no time at all. I wish Nick all the best. NG is fortunate to have him.

I was most impressed with the work and professionalism preformed on my Jennaire  refrigerator by the NC technician. After the initial examination, he said it could be fixed--which he did the next day.  The rate he quoted was fair , he was polite and punctual.  I will use him whenever I need refrigerator or heating help and I will recommend him to my friends. Nikolai is the repair tech who worked on our refrigerator for the ice maker. He was friendly and has a good personality. He really did a great job.  He is very knowledgeable in his trade. We highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again.

I appreciated Nikolai's prompt response in coming out to fix my refrigerator. The weekend was coming, and others that I called could not come until the next week. He was extremely courteous and soft spoken. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, give me an estimate, and then fix it. I appreciate him so much, and was happy to say I have found a good repairman for my old refrigerator. It is working like new!
